PRIVATE COTTAGES
We have two cottages for rent. Each cottage sleeps two adults. Each cottage also has a full kitchen, living room and bathroom, as well as a screened porch.
WATERFRONT PROPERTY
Our private property runs alongside the beautiful Moriah Harbour Cay, one of the famous Bahamian Marine Reserves where dolphins, turtles, and bonefish are aplenty.
POOL ONSITE
Our large pool is exclusive to our guests. With the stunning crystal waters, there are few homes with pools on Exuma, but ours offers the opportunity for morning laps or sunbathing.

OUR COTTAGES
COTTAGE ONE
2023 Rates: $200/ night, or $165 USD per night for stays of 7 nights or more.
Min stay is 3 nights.

Prices are quoted in US dollars and are for double occupancy.
Discounts are offered for stays longer than 7 nights, ask Valerie for details.
We do not accept bookings that include children under 12 years of age.
A third or fourth guest in a cottage will incur a $25/night charge per person.
Guests choose whether to pay in full at time of booking, or pay 50% at booking by Paypal or bank transfer and balance 50% by cash, certified bank check or Paypal upon arrival.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations 30 days or more prior to arrival date will receive a 100% refund less $100 admin fee. Cancellations less than 30 days prior will not receive a refund.
Check in after 3pm. Check out by 10am. These times are applied if we have same day check-ins and Valerie will inform you if that applies to your booking.

Hello, I am Valerie, your host at Exuma Vacation Cottages. I am originally from England, but I have lived in Exuma since my 20s. I have owned and run the cottages in Hartswell Exuma for some years. I have spent most of my life in the hospitality industry. I would like to offer you the opportunity to experience Bahamian hospitality starting at Exuma Vacation Cottages, which is also my home.
🐕 I should tell you that I have two dogs that have run of the garden, they also will give you a warm welcome.
Our property is off the Queen’s Highway, the main road which extends the length of the island from East to West, in a quiet setting with gardens surrounding the welcoming pool.
